On Thursday, January 16, 2014, Paul Barron, GK Coach at Nottingham Forest provided the above titled session at the National Soccer Coaches Association of America’s Annual Convention in Philadelphia, PA. The session was well received and attached are my notes from the event. The Myth of Narrowing the Angle had to deal with the goalkeeper covering about a four yard space and with proper footwork and positioning would be able to cover all the necessary angles of a strike on goal.
