Born in Oslo, qualifies for Ghana through his Father
26 years old, currently plays for Strømsgodset where he is team captain
Made his international debut for Ghana on 2 September 2011, in a 2012 African Cup of Nations against Swaziland
Due to become a Father on the 4th June
A strength of his is that he has good feet and has the ability to play ball out short and accurately, also very athletic and a good shot stopper
A weakness of his is high balls coming in to the box, struggles aerially

Richard Kingson

Born in Accra, Ghana
Aged 35 Ghana’s most capped player with 90 caps
Scored a international goal against Tanzania in 2008
Was the starting goalkeeper in the 2010 World Cup and the 2006 World Cup
Received his first call up after a 2 year absence in November 2013
Richard is well known has a fantastic shot stopper and often pulls out over the top saves
Standing at 6ft Richard is known to struggle at dealing with balls coming in to the box, along with the occasional blunder

Abdul Fatawu Dauda

Born in Obuasi Ghana
Aged 29 plays for the Orlando Pirates (South Africa)
Stands at 5ft 11
Was in the Ghana National Squad for the 2008 African Cup of Nations, was first choice for the 2013 edition of the tournament
Was Goalkeeper of the year in Ghana in 2008
Made his international debut against Liberia in 2012 where they lost 2-0
Will be hoping that the lack of game time wont effect his chances of going to the world cup
A strength is that like the others he is a good shot stopper
A weakness is that is he known to come flying out for balls that he cannot reach leaving the goal open
Razak Brimah
Born in Accra, Ghana
Stands at 6 ft 3 currently plays for Cordoba B in Spain’s 3rd division
Considered by many has a key player to Cordoba resurgence

Made international debut against Turkey in 2013
Razak is strong at claiming high balls in his box and releasing the pressure on his defenders.
All round game he is good, lacks experience at the top level

According to Ghana’s Goalkeeping Coach Nassam Yakubu, Fatau Dauda and Adam Kwarasey almost guaranteed to make the World Cup leaving just 1 possible spot remaining.
